"Very clean and tidy in both rooms we had. Only there for one night but beds were big and really comfotable. Would certainly return if ever back in this area."

"Very clean and well decorated rooms. Good sized shower area with a good shower. Comfortable bed. Good location. Cafe downstairs that would be a good breakfast option. Dog friendly. Easy parking."
"Room on the smaller side for larger dog but manageable. Outside door was open. Anyone could access corridor."
"Great location Great to have free on site parking Good heating and use of a fridge"
"Please install black out curtains to ensure privacy Remove or at least explain the additional speakers Add some coat racks or coat hooks"

"The room was excellent, clean and tidy, very comfortable beds and a fabulous shower room. Absolutely exceeded our expectations and will definitely stay here again. Great to have a cafe next door for our breakfast!"
"The outside staircase that led to our room was rather hazardous, mainly due to the rain. which meant it was very slippy, so you had to watch your step. However, this is a very minor issue and would certainly not prevent me from staying again."
"Near to where we wanted to be. The room was lovely and warm. Can see why it’s called the snug."
"Nothing"
"Really central location, 5 mins walk to harbour and good value for money. Clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our needs. External pictures don’t do it justice. Next door to Seahouses cafe who do a great breakfast. Also the free parking saved a load of money on the pay and display charges in town."
"The only gripe was that shower head slipped and I couldn’t get it back up to the right height. But apart from that, all good"
"Ample parking, the room was clean with a spacious shower room, the room was very quiet overnight (no traffic noise). It was a 2-3 minute walk to the harbour and there were plenty of cafes and eateries. If yo love Italian try 'Insieme' restaurant good food at a reasonable price."

"We were struggling to find accommodation in Penzance in the middle of town that had parking and was reasonably priced. However, moving around to the promenade, which really isn't that far from the town centre, provided everything we had hoped for. It had good onsite parking, a substantial cooked and continental breakfast included (order off the menu) with tables overlooking the promenade and sea (right on the waterfront), and charming historical decor. Our twin room on the second floor was the best surprise - it was gorgeous. It was clean, beautifully decorated, had a big bathroom, plenty of space and a gorgeous bay window overlooking the promenade and sea with views to St Michael's Mount and Newlyn. We spent the late afternoon sitting in the armchairs in front of the bay window enjoying the views. Comfy beds. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the Lugger Inn, where we had a delicious dinner. The hotel also has evening meals. The foyer is another cosy area to sit."
