Villa Dracoena

"The Villa had all the amenities you could want and was well stocked with everything. The grounds and pool area were lovely too. The Villa is set in a quiet area with outstanding views of the bay and sea. Uber into Nice in 5minutes was easy to organise. Having a Carrefour supermarket just down the road was a real bonus too. It is walkable in 10 minutes."

"There was nothing we didn’t like. The only improvement I could suggest was to install air conditioning in the living/kitchen area as it was a lovely addition to the downstairs bedrooms"

"The view is incredible. The house has a beautiful garden, pool, various outdoor spaces, a roof deck. Large dining table, comfortable living room. Carrefour a short walk away. Near bus stop with frequent busses. Owner is very nice and helpful."

"The house needs a little TLC. Grill didn't work (Donna came a day after when the handyman didn't show up to fix but then it rained so we didn't use.). Krups coffeemaker was broken. Outlet in one of the bathrooms didn't work. Spoke to Donna about the cleaning and she said the regular cleaning person was away. Although there were some minor issues, we were very happy we stayed there."

"The property was amazing. Very convenient to old Nice by Uber (can walk if wanted but is a bit far) and there is a supermarket a couple minute walk away. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The place was clean. I would recommend this to anyone and plan to return!"

"Beautifully kept villa that had real live in charm, in an outstanding location. The view from the roof terrace was gorgeous, with sweeping sunset views over Nice and across the open bay in which Nice sits."

"We were staying in the hottest part of the summer at the end of July. Air-conditioning upstairs in the living room/kitchen would have provided extra comfort. We worked around that by opening balcony doors and windows. When there was a sea breeze, thios was very effective."
