"Localisation, vue sur mer, spacieux, accès direct à la mer, literie, 2 places de parking, équipements, deux chambres vue mer, pas de vis à vis, chauffage maison."

"Débit internet, vétusté de certains mobiliers extérieurs, chambre du bas un peu petite."

"It is in a quite area. However the busstop is right in front along the main road, Bus nr.4 that takes you straight to Annecy la Gare in 6min which is perfect! You can also walk to the citycentre which is about 25min. The apt on the 3rd floor is spacious and the loft is nice! It is well maintained, everything works and the floor is clean. And yes you do have a nice view of the mountain and area."
