"Sehr gut ausgestattetes, sauberes Appartement in günstiger und dennoch sehr ruhiger Lage zu Metro, Stadtzentrum und großem Park. Die drei Räume sind auf drei Etagen verteilt, die oberen Etagen über Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin."

"En cure pour 3 semaines en avril dans ce logement avec une amie, nous avons vraiment apprécié ce logement lumineux, fonctionnel, propre et bien décoré. Le propriétaire très sympathique nous avait préparé quelques attentions comme des boissons fraîches, des chaussons, un petit carnet avec stylo, enfin tout était parfait. De plus l'emplacement près du centre de Balaruc les bains est top."

"We appreciated Tatiana’s warm and generous welcome at check-in. The apartment is modern, spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, with a nice terrace where we enjoyed relaxing lunches. Its close location convenient who want to walk around the city center, Bd. de la Croisette and Port Canto without using the car. We loved the great coffee in the morning and the peaceful atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back and seeing Tatiana again!"

"Good communication in advance from the hosts. The location was excellent, in the centre of the old town very close to the arena. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Great shower, comfortable bed. The bedroom is in a recess area that can be closed off with blackout curtains, so I slept very well. A very pleasant stay!"

"Arnaud helped us navigate restaurants, local culture and places of historic interest. Superb breakfasts, lots of day to day variety. Housekeeping with microwave meant no washing up to do unlike had it been a gite. Lots more positives, I could go on ...."
