Love the well transformed into a little pond. We were dining at our friends’ this time, but the delicious aromas coming from the kitchen had us wishing we could sneak a bite. We’re already looking forward to coming back and enjoying it for ourselves!"

"A longstanding hotel in a beautiful setting. A lovely shady courtyard with fish pond. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. Particularly considerate to me with my injured ankle & restricted mobility. Ate dinner and breakfast in the courtyard. Delicious food & excellent service. We would love to return. Clean budget room."

"We loved this property immediately. we set eyes on it. It's old, even ancient, interesting and has a brilliant atmosphere. The stone circular staircase in the turret added to the character. It was a very late booking but they were so helpful and friendly. We had a spacious en suite room on the first floor. Dinner was good and we loved the atmosphere in the dining room. There is a wonderful ancient chateau in the village which offers tours. We are going to return but allow more time to explore this area."

"The staff at the hotel was great. She was there in the afternoon and evening and again in the morning. Always friendly and helpful. It was a little too chilly to spend time in the courtyard, but it looked like a great place to have dinner. Both the dinner and the breakfast were excellent. We arrived on bicycles and there was a secure room where we could store them."
