"הבית יפיפה, המטבח מאובזר עם כל מה שצריך. יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש, מיטות נוחות מאוד. יש מרפסת לא גדולה עם שולחן וכסאות וגם גריל לעשות על האש. בהגעה חיכו לנו כמה עוגיות וריבות קטנות. קבלת פנים מאוד חמה ונציגת חברת הניהול היתה זמינה לכל שאלה ואדיבה מאוד."

"1. צ'ק אין היה החל משעה שתיים. הגענו מוקדם בבוקר, יצרנו קשר עם חברת הניהול. הבית היה מוכן ועבור צ'ק אין בשעה 10:00 דרשו 50 יורו נוספים. שילמנו אותם אבל אם הבית מוכן ועומד ריק מחכה להגעתנו, היה נחמד יותר אילו לא היו גובים תשלום נוסף . (קרה לנו עם מארחים קודמים שפתחו את מקום האירוח בפנינו לפני השעה הרשמית שצוינו בהזמנה ללא כל תשלום נוסף). 2. הויי פיי בדירה גרוע. שאלנו אם אפשר לעזור, נענינו בשלילה. 3 .מספוקים שניים שלושה גלילי נייר טואלט ושתי שקיות זבל. כשאלה אזלו פנינו וביקשנו עוד, נאמר שאלה מסופקים להתחלה ועילנו לקנות עוד. האם נכס שגובה קרוב ל- 300 אירו ללילה, דואג לבית מאוזבר ונעים לא יכול להוציא עוד כקצת כסף על מנת .לספק נייר טואלט ושקיות זבל עבור כל השהות? אלה הם הדברים הקטנים שעושים את ההבדל ופה חברת הניהול כשלה 4. שהינו בנכס 6 אנשים לשהות של 11 לילות. במחצית התקופה ביקשנו ניקיון, נאמר לנו שניתן בתשלום נוסף (גבוה יש לציין) ושהמקום מספק שירותי ניקיון חינם בשהות מעל 14 יום. האם 11 לילות זו לא שהות סבירה לדרוש בה ניקיון? אילו היינו מפצלים .את ההזמנה ל5 לילות ו- 6 לילות היינו מקבלים ניקיום באמצע, נייר טואלט, שקיות זבל וכו. לא ברור ומאוד לא נעים 5. חברת הניהול ביקשה שנפצל את הזבל כנהוג באירופה למחזור. עם זאת, בדירה רק פח זבל אחד. אם כך כיצד ניתן לנהל את הפרדת הזבל? מקובל לשים מספר פחים באם נדרש להפריד זבל. 6. בספר האירוח צוין כי בעזיבת המקום האורחים נדרשים מעבר לפינוי אשפה (כמקובל) גם להוריד את המצעים מהמיטות. 7. טרם הגעה לנכס התכתבנו עם חברת הינהול. ביקשנו המלצות על המקום, נאמר לנו שהכל יחכה בספר הדרכה במקום האירוח. גם פה היינו מצפים לקצת שיתוף פעולה, המלצות מראש על מנת שנוכל לתכנן את השהות"

"Really nice and comfortable apartment. Plenty of space, clean enough and well kitted out. Comfy beds and modern fittings. Heated boot room in the basement. Check in/out team were really friendly and helpful. Location is decent, about a 10 min walk from the perrieres chairlift which we found usually had a bit less queue than the main ones in central les gets. From there you can get a free shuttle bus into town. (Or a 20 mins walk)."

"The apartment itself was perfectly fine. The only real downside was that the wifi was really slow. I know that's not the main reason for coming but it wasn't really usable for web browsing let alone to stream netflix in the evenings for the kids."

"Nice view on the valley and mountains around, tidy place, well equipped kitchen, nice to have a private bike/ski storage room, nice terrace outside and 2 balconies. 2 separate toilets and 3 separate showers, very convenient if you stay with full occupancy."

"Warm, very comfortable, clean and modern apartment, about 10mins walk uphill to main ski lift (Chavannes). Apartment had everything we needed for a week's self catering. Great kitchen, big fridge, big sofa, log burner, very nicely decorated and furnished, under-floor heating."
