"Les voisins de dessus qui ont toute la semaine fait des bruit insupportables avec leur chaise ou je ne c'est quoi et à toute heure de la journée et la nuit."

"Emplacement idéal (2 minutes de la plage et du centre ville), très facile d'accès. Appartement très agréable, situé juste à côté de la piscine. La communication avec les propriétaires est parfaite et toujours très agréable. Un endroit au calme, que je recommande vivement."

"Attention, la piscine n'est pas chauffée. Il y'a (à Mimizan bourg) une usine de papier et quand le vent vient des terres, l'odeur peut être désagréable. Et juste pour info, quelques photos ne sont plus d'actualité (mais ça reste un appartement très agréable et confortable)"

"Kleinschalige camping met prachtige ligging aan meer met fijne eigenaren. Prachtige sterrennacht en je hoort de uilen 's avonds. Mogelijkheid om broodjes voor de volgende dag te bestellen en met waterfietsen op meer te gaan. Zwemmen in meer mag en kan niet, vissen wel. Safaritent was prima uitgerust met nodige zaken, koelkast en 4-pits kooktoestel, koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker."

"We stayed here for 5 nights in August 2025. We had a double deluxe room on the lower floor on the pool side with amazing views. Room was spotless, and it was handy to have a small fridge in there. Staff were really friendly and helpful, particularly the lady on reception who gave us a good recommendation for a canoe trip. We ate a couple of times here and both food and service were excellent, and the outdoor dining area has great views. Well situated in a quiet neighbourhood but close enough to walk (around 15 mins) to the centre of Aubenas. Besides the historical centre of Aubenas, there is lots of other things to do, we went canoeing, mountainbiking and took a visit to Balazuc."
