"Studio simple et lumineux, avec balcon donnant sur immeuble de résidence calme et arboré. Salle de bain pratique, avec sèche-serviette électrique. Équipement ménager complet avec lave-linge, frigo, plaque cuisson, hotte, évier. Téléviseur . Propriétaire fort complaisant."
"Il manque une petite penderie pour y déposer les cintres à vêtements."
"La localisation 200 mètres de l'esplanade de la plage côté PORNICHET. La terrasse super commode pour prendre ses repas. Grandes baies vitrées coulissantes orientées sud."
"Très peu d'espaces de rangements pour ses affaires personnelles. Le mobilier en place pas du tout adapté pour les gens de passage. Pas d'étendoir pour sécher le linge et les serviettes de plage (alors que c'est mentionné)."

"Ça manque singulièrement de vaisselle. On a le strict minimum. Et encore! Un peu comme le ménage. C est dommage car l appartement est vraiment agréable et il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour en faire un point de chute régulier pour de courts ou plus longs séjours"

"Situated a stone’s throw from the seafront, Le Portzic is a comfortable little apartment, ideal for a family holiday on Morgat’s exceptional beach, or as a base for visiting the incredibly beautiful coastline of the Crozon peninsula. The possibility of having breakfast at the nearby hotel is a great plus. And the parking spot at the foot of the stairs is the icing on the cake!"

The kitchen facilities are excellent. Comfortable bedding. Onsite car parking was great. Good wifi. Five- minute drive to all the big supermarkets."
