"Fantastic location overlooking the old city and a very short walk to the old city. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. We had just finished a part of the Camino Le Puy so we're looking forward to doing some washing, relaxing and some home cooking. It was perfect for this. Frederic and Stephanie were very attentive with any texts and all of the information needed. We recommend"

"It was a little bit challenging finding the key even though there was a photo. Once we found it, it was obvious."
"The gps sent us up the next lane to the back of the property. With the help of a local lady we found the front gate and key lock and had been given the wrong code to open the box. Frederick quickly responded with the correct code. Once inside the property is fun and has a quirky vibe. It has everything we needed. The bonus was a lovely little balcony which was nice for relaxing and for drying washing."

"Un ensemble architectural très beau, avec une belle rénovation dans ce qui devait être une écurie et une grange. L’intérieur refait avec beaucoup de goût. Séjour et cuisine dans un grand volume avec de grandes fenêtres faisant rentrer le paysage et la vue lointaine au coeur de la maison. De grandes chambres et de belles salles de bain."
"L'emplacement est parfait. L'appartement donne sur une vue magnifique. Le logement est adapté pour plusieurs personnes avec enfants et il dispose de beaucoup de matériel nécessaires au quotidien. La piste de luge est juste derrière et la station est cozy et familiale."

"Super Gîte, à 10 minutes à pied de la gare de Sermizelles, ce qui est très confortable pour venir en train. Grâce à la proximité de la gare nous avons pu faire une super randonné de 20 km (Avallon, Domecy et retour sur Sermizelles). Génial ! Le plus appréciable ces sont les apéros sur la terrasse ou dans le jardin très bien entretenu, avec une vue sur les champs très apaisante!! Les hôtes sont vraiment très efficace et très agréables. Bref un très bon week-end."

"My partner and I loved staying at the accomodation. Everything was provided, clean linen, cooking utensils and toiletries. The facilities were great and the pull out bed was comfortable. The tv was also a great touch. The instructions for entry and the room were very detailed and easy to follow!"
