"Location is fabulous - very private and amazing view. Incredibly clean and upmarket apartment with “almost all” of the mod cons. Excellent, high quality speakers, hair dryer, super-sharp knives, top quality furnishings of all descriptions Quiet, tucked away, easy to get into the centre of Biarritz, yet close to the stunning locale of St Charles. Loved the apartment itself and the position."

"….“almost all” of the mod cons… We feel a bit mean making ANY negative comments, as the stay was pretty wonderful, but: Rare for a rental, the kitchen knives were super sharp - BUT there was no cutting board! Huge missed opportunity to lower the level of the garden plants. The view from the balcony is stunning, but you have to stand whilst on the balcony to appreciate it. Lowering the vegetation level by 1m would make this apartment absolutely amazing!"

"The view was amazing and we enjoyed the location and the amenities."

"Should provide beach towels. Needs some TLC. Some touch ups are necessary. We required two service calls durning our stay because of things not functioning properly and for items that needed to be addressed. This diminished the stay a bit because of the inconvenience. The terrace and the view was very special.. For the price we expected perfection."
