"on initial arrival at our booked apartment - keys in the lock box were stuck! it would not open. Promptly after a call to MyCasa assistance arrived to help us. The apartment was not as per the images/ sea view required angling head out of window/ no aircon/ soiled towels & arm chair. Upon discussion our concerns were listened to & we were offered another apartment in a different location, which had aircon/ was a clean & modern duplex located in a nice area with lots of bars & restaurants. MyCasa were helpful and did call us later that day to ensure we were satisfied with our new apartment, they offered excellent customer service."

The kitchen was well equipped, loads of (lovely) towels, Netflix, Apple TV and Amazon Prime if required, decent shower and a jacuzzi bath which was nice. All we needed really, recommended! Do eat at La Colombe d'Or as well - very good experience."
