"We stayed at Maison Malabar mid August 2025 for 4 nights. Joel and Natalie are the most wonderful and helpful hosts. The town was so quiet at night it was so peaceful and relaxing. They booked us dinner at their suggested restaurants in the evenings and the venues were perfect. The room we stayed was simply out of this world. It was curated with wonderful furniture and the house has many original artworks that Natalie painted itself. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it served at a time they asked whether it was convenient to us that We had great fun using Google translate with Joel and Natalie but were staying to look at property to buy.
