"Beautiful location, good views, good facilities, warm and cosy."

"short stay but owner was nice and apartment fully equipped."

"We had an amazing stay at this property. Super clean, well equipped, perfect garden and ideal location. The neighborhood is very quiet, calm and green, 1 min from the Sarthe river and honestly 10 mins from city center. There are two perfect parking areas 2 mins walk from the house."

"Great location near train station, restaurants, supermarket, bakery. Communal hallway had that clean hospital smell, clearly regularly done. Apartment was clean, nothing to fault. It is economical with a family using the pull-out sofa, going to a hotel nearby would have cost us 50% more, the trade-off is that it is a sofa bed but since we were only there one night and hardly inside, it worked well for us. Will use it again next year!"

"Bright, compact studio with all the facilities and equipment you'll need. Lovely balcony with an open aspect. Perfect for my sole occupancy but also suited for a couple. Superb communication with owner. 10 minutes walk to centre of town with bus stop outside with regular and frequent buses to all parts of town, including directly to the airport."

"We stayed there two nights! It was marvellous!Gonna visit again!"

"Beautifully decorated. Very clean and bright. Great communication with the host."
