"We received a warm welcome and communication throughout was excellent. Sylvie has thought of everything to ensure her guests have a comfortable stay. We visited during a cold snap in March and although the wind was icy we were warm and cosy inside and plenty of hot water for a bath. We slept so well, the bed is comfortable and the location is very quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped even herbs and cooking oil etc to hand. There is also a private outside area which we didn't use as the weather was cold during our visit. Recommended 100% Thank you Sylvie!!"

"If you like exploring Normandy, this is a perfect spot. The apartment is located in a small village, so having a car is essential. It is very spacious, clean, and well equipped—we had everything we needed for our four-day stay. The beds are very comfortable. The host met us on arrival, explained everything clearly, and was very kind and polite."

"This was our 2nd visit to Village Castigno. We felt really welcome, all the staff are always so friendly. Both pools are always clean and comfortable beds to lie on and sunbathe. We also did the cellar tour at the cave which was incredible value for money. We paid €9 euros each for a 1 hour tour. It was brilliant, you also get to taste some amazing wines at the end."

"Veronique is an excellent hostess and with Pascal at her side it is a perfect team. The house with in and around it the various guest accommodations is in a beautiful location and the whole is well furnished and equipped with all conveniences. In the beautiful swimming pool you can cool off wonderfully and there are enough seats on the property to relax. The car can be parked on the property behind the gate. Veronique and Pascal have served delicious dinners and made good breakfasts. We enjoyed it. In the region, unknown to us, there are very nice day trips to make."
