"Apartment was immaculate, very spacious and perfect size for 2 people. Kitchen full of utensils and everything needed available, the swimming pool was an added bonus in the hot weather.. Great to have a designated parking space"

"Not an issue for us but depending on your mobility, its roughly a 15 minute walk to centre. But we were aware of this prior to our stay so not a 'dislike' comment.."

"The location is excellent! Dinard town center is within walking distance down a lovely track just over the wall of the complex. The apartment has a lovely garden and the pool is lovely. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable,we very much enjoyed our stay."

"Joli decoration,Le confort de l appartement ,bonne literie l 'emplacement, la terrasse,les draps , serviettes et torchons compris dans le prix, on se trouve a 30 mn a pied du centre ville , Dinard est une tres jolie ville , de plus il a fait beau . on reviendra dans cette belle region . A Bientot"

"Le calme, la propreté, le rez de jardin, le parking sécurisé. Un joli appartement pour 2."

"Une TV trop petite pour les personnes avec des problèmes de vue. (sinon il faudrait disposer autrement pour que le canapé ne soit pas aussi loin de la TV). Le manque de protection du matelas."

"The property dates from 1600's and is decorated accordingly. It is one of the best places we have stayed in. There is a large ground floor and main bedroom on first floor with two single beds in loft. The decor is exceptional. The garden is inspirational. There is no passing traffic so location is quiet. We felt very connected to nature. Near Dinard, Combourg, Dinan, Rennes & St Malo. Loads to do. Eric & Gérard were fantastic hosts. A very memorable experience. Thoroughly recommended."

"Accueil chaleureux et attentionné de la part de Julie et Jean-Michel. L’espace extérieur est très sympa. La chambre est bien aménagée et offre le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Tout est impeccable, propre et récent. L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 2 minutes à pied des commerces et 6 minutes à pied également du lycée Jean Perrin, ce qui est très pratique, notamment pour les concours."

"Fabulous communication throughout and very amenable hosts. Just a couple of minutes walk to the slopes and all the resort's facilities. Bed very comfortable and although I didn't use the kitchen it looked like it had everything you'd need. Was generally very quiet and peaceful."

"After a very warm welcome, I got a wonderful and large room, It was well equiped and very cosy. The served breakfast was nice with self made cake and baguette, fresh fruits and jam, honey and cheese from the region of Rocamadour. The pool, the view, the surrounding in a small village and very interesting area with nice villages, castles and mountains. A lot do see and to do. Looking forward for another stay...."
