Had the best ever hot chocolate without cow milk, so i could add my own soy. Soooo tasty! Also had good lemon tea which was nice when i was sick with a sinus infection. The staff were lovely, polite and helpful. Had a massive heated towel rack and a deep basin which made it super easy to wash and dry my dirty clothes!! They supplied a cake of soap too, which was handy to wash my clothes."
