"Liked everything about the property. Easy walking distance to Annecy railway station and just across the road from the lake. It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay and extremely clean. The sofa bed also exceeded expectations. If in Annecy again I would have no hesitation in booking this property again."

"A comunicação com o Anfitrião extremamente profissional, tudo detalhado através de texto e videos para acessar o prédio e a unidade. Apartamento totalmente reformado, tudo de alta qualidade desde os acabamentos até os utensílios de cozinha. A vista lateral para o lago É magnifica. Limpeza impecável, extremamente bem equipado e organizado. A localização é perfeita: estacionamento publico a menos de 5 min., estacionamento pago na porta fácil de achar vaga e chegada ao centro com uma curta caminha pela beira lago."
"Como o espaço é pequeno a opção de sofá cama realmente é necessária, porém a cama desses sofás nunca é a mais confortável. A exigência de deixar tudo 100% limpo no check out, desde os lixos até a louça, deixa uma viagem curta, como a nossa de 3 dias, um pouco prejudicada porque é pouco tempo para fazer tudo. Saímos cedo mas nao podiamos deixar a louça do café da manhã na maquina lavando porque tinha que deixar guardada no armário."

"There was clear communication before our arrival and we were met as soon as we arrived. The apartment was spacious and well decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and a lovely basket of goodies left for us on arrival! Its a ground floor apartment so we had a garden terrace area with large dining table for lazy breakfasts/meals. We felt very relaxed here! The kids used the pool and enjoyed having this facility. The location was great! 5 mins to nearest bus stops and 5 -10 mins to the beach. The train station is also 10 minutes away. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants near by. We did not have a car and didn't need one. We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Juan les pins! Would definitely recommend 😍"
