"The property has a perfect location at av. Charles de Gaulle, which continues on the other side of Arc de Triomphe as av. Champs-Élysées. Metro stop Les Sablones is in front of the house and there are some good restaurants and bakeries nearby. The appartment had everything a small family could need on their city break. Everything was nicely thought of and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you :)"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé et bien agencé. Son emplacement est parfait : situé sur la ligne 1 du métro, il permettait de rejoindre facilement La Défense (où j’étais en formation) tout en profitant des lieux touristiques de la capitale. Mention spéciale pour les jolies peintures dans la chambre, inspirées de Chagall — un vrai coup de cœur qui apporte beaucoup de charme au lieu. Irina a été très agréable, réactive et disponible tout au long du séjour. Un grand merci — tout était parfait !"

"Som una família de dos adults i un nen de 9 anys de Girona (Catalunya) que vam estar a l'apartament en una escapada de tres dies a París per veure una exposició a la fundació Louis Buitton (que està molt a la vora) i anar a Disneyland amb el nostre fill. "Beautifully decorated & furnished cottage. Quiet location with lovely countryside views to the rear yet only 200 metres from the beach. The cottage was fully equiped with everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable & would thoroughly recommend this delightful little cottage."

"We stayed here four days. A very nice apartment, well equipped, modern, bright and clean. It was highly secured and felt safe for my family as you need to use 2 codes (1 code for the lift) to get to the apartement. One more code for the elevator to get to the parking from your apartment, which makes it very safe and secure also for your car. The communication with the owners was smooth and easy. I did not meet them in person instead via phone-calls, SMS and whatsApp and they were always availble whenever we had a question. The block location is nice, located in a quiet neighborhood and close to all amenities. The closest Tram and bus stations Beauvissage-Pressensé is only 5 min from the appartement. Trams comes almost every 6 min. FYI/side info: fastest way to get directly to Lyon downtown is Tram number 4 (T4) from Beauvisage CISL station (10 min) direction Hôpitaux EST-Pinel."
