"La posizione non è male anzi … 2 km dal centro Città 40 minuti a piedi ma passeggiata piacevole tutta in riva al mare … casa anni 70/80 con piscina (vecchia ma comoda) privata i padroni di casa super bravi e tranquilli camere carine con bagno e le spiagge sia private che libera a 50 metri . Parcheggio interno tutto comunque bello"

"La pulizia esterna le formiche che entrano in casa …. Potrebbe essere una super casa ma capisco che non può essere con tutti i comfort visto che è in affitto se venisse curata un pochino di più sarebbe super …. Rotaie a 15 metri con treni che passano spesso anche se la casa è molto silenziosa …."

"Great beach front location. Very private and secluded. Free parking on-site was a big plus. We enjoyed the use of the private pool and have full-access to the whole apartment in the garden level. Even though someone was staying upstairs in the main house during our visit, we feel we have total privacy and felt very comfortable using the pool. It was a delight to see a couple semi-friendy outdoor cats roaming around the property Overall we had an awesome and relaxing time during our two nights stay at La.Matoune."

"The host only speaks and writes inFrench. Communication was a bit challenging. Thanks to Google Translate, we made it work. Also we were not able to connect with the host via the Booking.com App or platform promptly. Only after we committed by booking, then the host's phone number was then revealed . With the host's phone number, we were able to maintain prompt communication via WhatsApp In France, bed linens and bath towels are not included by default. Just wish that information about the extra cost amount be disclosed and spelt out CLEARLY on the listing. It was not shown in our case but good thing we asked. And the host did offered beddings and bath towels for our family of 3 for an extra €50 in cash at the time of check-in. FYI, check-in and check-out were done in person in our booking. So make sure you check-in/out time windows work for you."

"I visited this house in mid-June and was pleasantly surprised by both the hospitality and the premises. The location is very convenient - there is a clean beach nearby, it is easy to walk to the center and the port part of the city, there are good restaurants on the beach nearby. I recommend it."
