"Superb location with view over harbour.well equipped with all facilities. Great location to explore the area and restaurants and local bar within easy walking distance. Ample free parking"

"The apartment location is excellent overlooking the marina and harbour. A short walk from a couple of bars, restaurants and a boulangerie. Access to the apartment is easy via a lockbox and inside, although quite small, it is very well equipped and clean. The balcony is a treat and we spent happy hours just watching the world go by. The coast is a short walk away along which there are footpaths to enjoy. Overall very good."

"Stunning location, beautiful view and the property has everything you need for a wonderful stay."
"Lovely little gite in a traditional French village. Private parking for one car in a gated courtyard & a lovely outside seating area. Very quiet & peaceful location The château, village amenities & river are all within a short walk. Also a great base for exploring the Loire Valley. A couple of supermarkets & a vineyard just a 5 minute drive away Elisabeth is a lovely host & even shared her birthday cake with us. Brush up on your French though as she doesn't speak any English, we managed ok & one of her young sons helped out too😊"

"The property is clean and very spacious. Only the shower cubicle is a bit small but this did not bother us too much. Located very centrally and surrounded by many cafes, shops etc. but nevertheless no issues at all with noise. Building has a lift, which was a plus for us as we had some elderly members in our family. We had a good stay and would recommend the place."
"What a fabulous place. We were greeted very well by Eric & Ann and made very welcome, what exceptional hosts, you could not get better. The room (small apartment) we stayed in was spacious and very well equipped. The setting of the property was fantastic, peaceful with great views. A top of our list for places to stay. "The location is great. There's always something to explore in Vieux Nice. It's near the Cathedrale Vieille Ville tram stop and everything else is within reach. Direct access to the airport from line 2 Garibaldi Château stop. The apartment is comfortable and the water heater is great."
