"Very helpful, friendly staff. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. The hotel is located about 500m from my route, but also close enough to be able to walk into the centre of Chartres to see the splendid sons et lumières."

"Unfortunately, the booking reference and pin did not work. For some strange reason, the 88 cents taxes de séjour was not included in the price I paid through Booking.Com, and, as a result, we had to sit outside for over an hour and a half until Reception opened....I hope Booking.com can sort this out for the future. Had we arrived late, we would not have been able to access the room at all."

"Couldn't check in with ideal payments, so had to book second time even though first booking was paid, but the friendly man at reception immediately told us in the morning he arranged the payments with booking.com already. He even invited us a coffee and some breakfast. Excellent service."
