"Location is ideal. There was some parking around the area but it was straightforward for us as we use a disabled badge so we had more options. There are restaurants all along the street, a fruit/grocers next to them, 2 very good boulangeries less than 50m away and a bigger supermarket around the corner. The beach is just a few minutes away with a beautiful long boardwalk and more places to eat and drink. We walked everywhere around Trouville and Deauville and only used the car to visit other towns and cities. Lower Normandy is a beautiful place."

Marie even did my washing, returning it clean, dry & folded. Everything she does, including a scrummy, fresh breakfast each day is over & above, making it a special place to stay. The village is also beautiful, very French(!) with immaculate streets & gardens, it's like stepping back in time; all very gentle & quietly paced. We had supper at L'Escampette which was quite magical; candlelight, French music playing & authentic, delicious food."
