"Very clean apartment. the pizza restaurant was excellent, best pizza i have tasted, very friendly staff. A pity it only opened a few days a week"

"We Absolutely loved our stay at Casa Pernice and the hilltop village of Penta-di-Casinca. The place buzzes with community life, boules tournaments, artisian market, choral concert all the the space of the 5 days we stayed there. No need to self cater, splash the cash (not credit card friendly) at the two superb pizzerias and enjoy Corsican meals at the 3rd restaurant. The drive up the hillside took 15-20 mins and most do it slowly and Carefully. The road is wider than most mountain roads and is well maintained. Easy to have two cars pass each other. I get nervy on zigzag roads, not here. Great base to explore Bastia and the several family friendly beaches nearby. We would definitely return. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and my tall teen didn't complain when sleeping in the living area on a z-bed: passed the comfort test. WiFi was also great and up to family needs. Wild swimming to be had nearby too."
"We spoke with our fantastic hosts about this small negative point. There was no terrace or balcony with the one bedroom apartment as suggested by booking.com website. The description does need to change. One apartment above does have a balcony. However there are multiple public terraces / walls/ shady corners in the village all with amazing views available to sit at and munch a baguette and boursin. See photos of some of our fave spots."

"Un séjour parfait !!! Nous avions réservé les 2 appartements. Ils sont aménagés avec goût. Ils sont propres et confortable. Le village est charmant. Une spécial dédicace à notre hôte Audrey souriante aimable qui gère une petite boutique en bas des appartements ou vous pouvez trouvé des vrais produits locaux ( je vous conseille les tartes à la confiture)... Nous y retournerons ...."

"Super saubere Wohnung in toller Lage. Der Ort ist sehr schön und bietet einige Restaurants. Zum Strand sind es ca 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Vermieter (Audrey und Patrick)waren extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Wer in der Gegend eine Unterkunft sucht, sollte diese nicht verpassen."

"Pulitissimo, ordinato, nuovo. Il borgo dove si trova l'alloggio è un vero gioiellino. Tappa consigliata se si è nei paraggi. I gestori sono simpatici, disponibili, discreti. Grazie!"

"Den vielen positiven Bewertungen kann ich mich nur anschließen. Es erwartet einen ein toll eingerichtetes, blitzblank sauberes Appartment in einem erst vor einiger Zeit renovierten Haus. Alles ist handwerklich sehr korrekt verarbeitet. Die Auswahl der Möbel sowie der Staffage ist aufeinander abgestimmt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auf dem Balkon kann man zu zweit sehr schön sitzen und die Abendstimmung des Dorfes genießen, wobei durch die Gasse sogar ein Blick auf das Meer möglich ist. Die Stille, die nach einiger Zeit in dem kleinen Ort einkehrt ist herrlich. Der Empfang ist sehr herzlich und man merkt einfach, dass man willkommen ist. Parken war unkompliziert und die Restos sowie das Café sind empfehlenswert (ich habe alle mehrere Male besucht). Fazit: Toller Aufenthalt und ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen."

"Accueil très sympathique, échanges sur la maison et de nombreux conseils. Audrey a vraiment pris le temps de discuter et de répondre à nos nombreuses questions, échange très agréable. L'appartement est top, la déco est soignée, linge de lit, linge de toilette...il est aussi très bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour démarrer son séjour dans de bonnes conditions. Parfait !"

"Das Apartement ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Charme eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Kombination zwischen Alt und Neu. Audrey war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Badezimmer neu, Küchenausstattung super, Betten super! Wir würden wieder kommen."
