"Everything! Everything was perfect and delicious. Beautiful seasonal decorations everywhere and elegant Christmas arrangements on the tables, which created a bright and cheerful atmosphere."

"Nice location for one to visit south-east points of interest and sightseeing. Exceptionally quality lodgings, nothing rustical as opposed to majority of comparable-location hotels/hostels. Breakfast was with wide selection even if I was the only guest on this morning."

"In low season you have to find where to eat other meals than breakfest - restaurant is not open for lunch/dinner with low flow of tourists."

"Very beautiful surroundings of the Villa, perfectly kept house, many additional services provided, cosy room decorated with elegant style, good breakfast, and last but not least very friendly attitude of the staff. Also should be mentioned a good road to the Villa and a free parking."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We had both dinner and breakfast at the Villa. The dinner was beyond our expectations - really good. Breakfast was lovely, many different choices. Really recommend to take the hikes around the Villa."

"Simple but tasty brekkie. Amazingly picturesque location between small lakes with a small sandy swimming spot 30 metres from the house."

"It's a perfect location for holidays with family and friends. Lake is just few steps from the house, rooms have evrything one needs, great restaurant, excellent and friendly staff members - smiles around you all the time."

"Perhaps refreshing the rooms is advisable:)"

"The hotel is located in a unique landscape in southern Estonia - land of 7 lakes. This area is absolutely great for relaxing and good sleep. There is almost no any noise except for sounds of nature. You can keep windows open as they are equipped with anti-mosquito nets. Our room contained everything that was needed for comfortable stay and we enjoyed it."

"A chair that was in our room #3 had its back broken dangerously exposing sharp piece of wood. We covered it with a towel to avoid any injury. Everything besides this was fine."
