"Era muy cómodo , todo estaba limpio , la administradora fue muy amable , la ubicación excelente"

"El ingreso al departamento es feo , le falta mantenimiento, las gradas de subida son un poco incómodas , había mal olor en la casa , cómo vive. otras personas ahí se escuchaba los timbres , ladrido de perros , la chapa de la puerta no se asegura por dentro solo por afuera"

"We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We are currently back parking around South America, and it was nice to have a larger space to ourselves for a change. It's in a good, safe location. It's close to the airport. The apartment is very clean. We were able to use the onsite facilities of the gym and pool, no extra charge. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around. It was organized through a private host and this was all done easily. The apartment kitchen is small but perfect for what we needed it for. No oven there. It was great to be able to use the washing machine and dryer."

"Está a unas cuadras del parque bicentenario y de la estación del metro "labrador" se puede llegar con facilidad al hostal. El personal es muy atento con el huésped, la habitación estaba super limpia y en muy buenas condiciones. Si regresaría a hospedarme en Alua Rio"

"Bedrooms were amazing with a loft additions. The communal area was open armored so beautiful views of the gardens, even in the rain with games and books and access to the kitchen to make a hot drink. The owner is Ecuadorian and speaks excellent German and English, his wife is American and speaks excellent Spanish."
