"Very nice rooms, spotless clean. We had the Deluxe Queen, with a great view of the mountains. Good varied breakfast, very nice hotel personnel, talkative and helpful. The area is safe and very very well lit, most streets surrounding the hotel, so we had no issues going to eat late at night or get some snacks or pharmacy. Stores and restaurants in walking distance. Beds were very comfortable and the room was big."

"O hotel tem boas instalações e boa localização, com restaurantes e supermercados nas imediações, apesar de que não dá para ir a pé para os principais pontos turísticos. A vista da janela do quarto para o Vulcão Cotopaxi me encantou. O café da manhã é excelente, variado e com culinária equatoriana em alguns quitutes. A equipe é nota 10! O banheiro é inteiramente reformado e possui uma ducha forte e quente, caso queira. O quarto não possui ar-condicionado, mas em Quito todas as noites do ano são frias e tive que me cobrir pra dormir."
"O quarto que fiquei tinha móveis antigos, mas tudo funcionando. O colchão era um pouco velho, mas ainda assim confortável. O wi-fi não pegava bem no quarto. Me foi oferecido um roteador específico, mas não funcionou."
