"המיקום מצויין, קרוב לתחבורה ציבורית, מסעדות וחנויות בסביבה . חדר מרווח , אבל לא מתאים להגדה של סוויטה. המטבחון מאובזר, אבל מופרד מהחדר ומאוד קטן ולא נוח.המרפסת צרה ולא נוחה, לא נקייה. אין מקום לשני אנשים."

"בית מלון מנוהל דיגיטלית. הצוות זמין , איך כל דבר לוקח זמן. לפי מדיניות המקום מפנים אשפה ומנקים רק אם נמצאים יותר משבוע. היינו שבוע שלם, בסוף היה ממש לא נעים. הייתי מוכנה כבר לנקות בית שימוש בעצמי, אבל לא היו חומרים. פניתי עם בקשה לפנות את האשפה. לקח יותר מ 24 שעות ואין ספור שיחות עם צוות עד שפינו אותה. ארוחות בוקר גדולות, אך לא מגוונות, רק שלוש אפשרויות. כריכים לא טעימים ולא תמיד טריים."

"קונספט נוח בו לא נדרש לעשות צ׳ק אין אלא מקבלים קוד שפותח את דלת הכניסה והדלת לדירה. מטבחון קטן אך מאובזר, מקלחת ושירותים גדולים ומאוד כיפים ונוחים ומיקום מעולה ממש מרחק הליכה של דקה מהבית הרוקד."

"לא מנקים את החדר מתחת לשבוע של שהייה, אפשר לבקש לנקות תמורת תשלום נוסף. לא מחליפים מגבות, אם רוצים מגבות נקיות יש אפשרות לקחת."

"Just on the edge of new town, 15 min walk to old town. Large room with balcony but be aware they don't permit smoking on the balcony which unfortunately was whole reason I booked in. Loved the keyless entry as now in Spain with one set of keys and it's a nightmare. Very quiet building."

"The shower didn't work apart from the overhead rain part, nightmare for a woman not wanting to wash her hair! Also the aircon was stuck at 20. It was only 12 degrees at night yet a very hot room. Wouldn't like that in summer"

"In room 402 there was a terrible smell of mold or something similar, which made it impossible for me to sleep and triggered an allergic reaction."

"This is our second stay here. Like before, we loved the comfort here. The hotel was very comfortable. It was very close to the tram stop. We had no trouble with transportation."

"Location was perfect, the wifi was good, bed was also good. Everything was very clean."

"It was very difficult to check in and we got a lot of email before arrival, 23! It was way to much and made it very chaotic. Also the breakfast is not in the hotel but in a restaurant nearby, you have to walk a couple of minutes and the selection wasnt great."

"Location was perfect - right by the River, by the Dancing House which has a rooftop bar which is free with a drink. Much quieter than the centre of old town but still easy walk of most attractions. Didnt use the Italian restaurant, but I can recommend the Uparachutistu Czech restaurant around the corner by the Parachutist museum. Lockers, laundry etc clearly labelled - I have now been converted to a person who uses a laundrette on holiday. Nice selection of tea and coffee in rooms and lovely decor. Conditioner was a nice touch."

"There was nothing I didnt like. I like the independence of contactless hotels and found it easy to use the app and the place was spotless and good value for money. But if you like having your room cleaned daily, like your room service, or dont really use your phone, you might not get the experience I did.⁸"

"It’s a really good location, you can go on foot from here to anywhere mostly. It also has anything you need, and of good quality."
