"חדרים גדולים, נקיים. חם בחדר , ריח נעים בחדר . מיטות נוחות כל יום החליפו מגבות . יש קומקום בחדר עם תה קפה וסוכר (מאוד חשוב לי) . פן , מקלחת נוחה צוות מאוד נחמד ושירותי, הבירו ועזרו בכל דבר .במיוחד תודה לאוקסנה וויקטוריה !"

"בית מלון ממש טוב. ניקיון טוב מאוד. גודל החדרים טוב. צוות ממש מצויין. ארוחת בוקר בסדר גמור. רק הייתה בעיה אחת שהיה תקלה במעלית ויום אחד היינו צריכים לעלות ברגל אבל ביקשנו להוריד לקומה יותר תחתונה בלי דיבורים נתנו לי חדר בקומה ראשונה ותקנו מעלית. יש מסביב קרוב לבית מלון בתי קפה ומסעדות נחמדות"

"It is a very family-style hotel. It is located in an area of the city from which you can reach the city center on foot in about 30 minutes, and the metro station is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, allowing you to quickly get to any part of the city. The room was heated quite well․ The room was very clean, and the bathroom was quite comfortable and spacious, fully equipped with all amenities, even including hygiene bags. The towels were changed every day. The hotel was very quiet, and the staff was very friendly—especially Oksana, who was very responsible and kindly tried to be helpful in every matter. As for the hotel’s style, I can only praise it—it was very beautiful, with a highly aristocratic design and furnishings. I could enjoy my coffee on the balcony and admire Prague."
