"Location,privacy,delightful terrace,level access to all rooms and terrace,comfortable beds , fresh white bed linen & towels"

"This appartment has a great terrace. Very quiet place, 10-15 min walk from center of Protaras. Well equiped kitchen with all what you might need. Thanks to Olena and other staff who were in contact with us and reacted quickly to all out requests."

"We couldn't enjoy terrace when was dark as there were a lot of mosquitoes. Some of them were also inside of the appartment"

"הבית מתוק להפליא. בית אבן עתיק ששופץ, שלושה חדרי שינה חמודים, חדר רחצה מצוחצח וחצר פנימית יפהפייה. הכול מעוצב בטעם פשוט ונהדר. הבית ממוקם בכיכר המרכזית של הכפר, ממש ממול לבית קפה מקומי ומטופח בו מתכנסים ותיקי הכפר לשתות קפה. בעלי הבית מקסימים. הגענו בטיסה מאוחר בלילה ובעלת הבית דאגה לנו ומילאה את המקרר בכל מה שהיינו צריכים. בעל הבית הדריך אותנו ארוכות בכל מה שיש לשמורת האקמאס להציע, כולל שבילים מקומיים. יש סופרמרקט גדול בעיר פוליס הסמוכה (15 דקות נסיעה) או מכולת בכפר במרחק 5 דקות נסיעה. אכלנו ארוחת ערב מצוינת במסעדה petradaki בכפר הסמוך."

"The villa was clean and had lots of utensils and everything we needed to cook etc. was very impressed that they had been thoughtful enough to leave milk, bread, wine, water, jam, teabags, coffee and sugar. Especially as we did not get to the villa until late. The villa had clean linen on the beds and air conditioning. Plenty of room for a family of five. We all enjoyed the pool and it was well maintained and cleaned whilst we were staying there. Was close to a taverna and shop and only five minutes drive to the beach and promenade which had lots of restaurants and bars some with children's play area.s. There was a bus stop outside the villa to. Very private and fairly quiet residential area. WhatsApp group set up so any questions answered quickly. Would definitely recommend."

Small rooms for one or two people in an excellent and central location, yet tucked away from the noisy and busy streets. The area near Saint Lazarus Church is beautiful, just a few minutes' walk from Larnaca's promenade and the sea. There are many restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, and a supermarket nearby. The rooms are clean, simple, and comfortable. The host, Mario, is a lovely and pleasant person who made an effort to help us with everything we needed"
