"The attention to detail, location, quality of food and staff are all of the highest quality. We stayed at 7 different hotels while in Costa Rica and this was by far and away the best. Don't hesitate to book."

"This is an exceptional boutique hotel situated high up in the jungle mountain. It has an amazing view to the ocean and jungle and the sunsets are just gorgеous . The combination of the stunning views, the sounds of the jungle, the comfort of the rooms, the wonderful stuff, exceptional kitchen its just a dream! it was an unforgettable experience and we wish to come back! Special thanks to Jennie Peterson for all the help we received for our car."

"The lodge is very beautiful and located in the middle of the jungle. We saw maccaws, toucans, monkeys from the terrace of our tent and it was not just luck, to see Scarlett maccaws is practically a guaranteed experience. We stayed in the tent for 4 nights, it was very comfortable. The lodge is located in the middle of the beach trail, so it was also a nice hiking experience. The host Emily is another reason to visit the lodge, she helped with everything: helping with transportation, tours, hiking trails, everything we asked. She was very proactive as well. We enjoyed her hospitality and would definitely come back! And dinners were the best in Costa Rica!"

"Location is great, the beach is right in front of it and it's walking distance 5-15min to a wide variety of restaurants. Staff is very helpful and caring, the chef was the friendliest specially with our baby :) Breakfasts were fantastic, place was overall very clean and being Costa Rica, the overall cost for a place like that is very decent. The hammocks and second floor balcony are a wonderful way to chill during the strong sunny hours."

We loved hanging out by the pool, with a lovely view down to the ocean and also spending time on the porch of our casita. The porch doubled the size of the living space and we enjoyed being out there especially in the mornings and the evening. This is a beautiful property that is very tranquil and relaxing. Jessica took great cafe of us and was a wonderful host. Highly recommend."

"We loved the location.(off the noisy tourist area), but about 100m from Playa Grande, we loved the setting: in a wonderful garden with wild animals (we saw a sloth and howler monkeys)! The owners (Andrea and Samuel) were wonderful hosts, very friendly, helpful and warm-hearted, passionate about neture. The food in the restaurant was delicious and nicely presented.
