"Very peaceful area with great views. The accommodation is well equipped inside and outside. It was a pleasure to sit on the swing outside till midnight listening to the Bosnian countryside."

No fault of property but local drains were smelling. Would benefit from a washing machine.

"The owner was very nice. He made sure that we’re ok and even offered us some food and wine because he was worried that we were hungry😁 It’s good place to stay if you’re interested more in exploring the city and looking for accommodation just to sleep and rest. Nothing more nothing less."

Choose this place only if you have car or love to hike. Unfortunately, we didn’t check and it turned out that to come to this place you need to go up all the time, which is like 3 km. We didn’t have car so we walk there. Of course it’s just our oversight, but i wish it would be written in the description. Nevertheless the views were stunning.

"Our vacation at the Opus 11 Dilijan became a true harmony association and with Armenia's beautiful nature. Elegantly decorated rooms of the cottage created ideal conditions for our family REST. Especially pleasant to spend evenings on the terrace, enjoying the sunset and clean mountain AIR. The location of the cottage proved ideal — away from city noise. Family vacation became unforgettable! Thnxx."
