"Nice place, the only problem is the rooster neighbor which start to yell at 12:00am Besides it, everything was nice. The location and the design of the place!"

VERY noisy as there are no windows, just wooden slats on the windows and doors, so no soundproofing at all. This also allowed bugs into the property. Hot water didn’t work in the shower on day 1, and was “not cold” after that. No hot water in bathroom sink or kitchen, making shaving and cleaning up difficult.

"The place is nice and well kept. The living room area and kitchen are very spacious and comfortable. The room I slept in, the mattress was very firm/hard. However, the room my mother was in had a soft, comfortable mattress. The property owner was nice and reachable via phone or text when needed. That was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend it and I would also return. Sorry, I didn't really take pics of the property but there was a friendly lizard that stayed on the gate the entire visit. We named him Brian. He made sure we were good the whole time 😊."
