"كل شي كان جميل ومرتب ونظيف والتعامل كان جدا راقي"
فيه ملاحظة بسيطة كانت الغرفة الثانيه مرتبه السرير غير مريحه نفس الغرفه الرئيسيه ووجهنا مشكه في الواي فاي ماقدرنا نشبك عليه

"الموظف عمل لي ترقيه مجانيه و سمح لي بوقت زائد وقت الخروج جلست الي3 العصر و موقعه امام البحر و الجمعيه قريب منه خدمات كثيره"
بعيد عن وسط الكويت لو ماعندك سياره صعب السكن فيه

"I enjoyed the clean rooms, helpful staff, and the hotel's strategic location; there are many great restaurants around, and it's also a peaceful place to relax. And it's my second stay at this hotel, and planning to return in Sha Allah."
I wish breakfast had more options to choose from. The breakfast closes at 11:00 a.m., and by 11:15 a.m., you could tell one of the staff members was hitting all cutlery and glasses together literally behind our table in an attempt to annoy us and push us to leave; when we looked at her surprised, she smiled back! She could have politely informed us that breakfast was over and they needed to clear the tables, but not in such an irritating manner! Rude.. very rude.

"مكان نظيف و حلو ومكيف بارد بعد 😍 وجديد يعني إذا ما حصلتو فندق تعالوو اهنيه مكان يعجبكم"
باقي تخلون ماي في ثلاجه بس وله مكان حلو ونظف
