"לקח לנו שעה לעשות צ׳ק אין בגלל הקושי עם האפליקציות הסיניות. הם היו קצת חסרי סבלנות ולא הציעו אפילו מים… בהמשך השהייה הם היו יותר אדיבים ועזרו לנו ממש בכל הבקשות המוזרות (שומרי שבת וכשרות…)"

"I usually stay here when I am in Beijing - I like the space and having a balcony - the bathroom is nice and the bed comfortable - the neighborhood is also super nice. Staff is welcoming and what we can't sort out with my poor Chinese we manage with interpretation system :)."

"Everything went very well - I had two consecutive stays within the week - one alone and one with my partner and all went well - I got the studio that I always take when i come here. I love that it has a big balcony and the studio is modern and functional inside but the square still has a nice neighbourhood feel with cats walking around and all feeling very peaceful though in the middle of Beijing. As usual this is my home-from-home place in Beijing and I look forward to being back soon."

"Great Hotel, amazingly helpful staff, clean & comfortable. The only issue I had was I couldn’t get on their wifi the whole time I was there. I did tell them, and they did try to help, I just had no luck. This did make things a little difficult. Everything else was great, especially the staff 😊"

"I stayed in this hotel the second time. Always great staff, very helpful. Very close to Sanlitun area, all major embassies and the subway station. You can order delivery from the restaurant and there is a special space for it close to the front desk, very convenient."
