"התפנקנו על חדר גדול ממש עם הנוף של הויאריקה, זה לא היה זול אבל גם לא מאוד יקר ביחס לאופציות בהוסטלים/מלונות אחרים. קיבלנו חדר מדהים - הכי טוב שהיה לנו בטיול. הכל מעוצב ברמה גבוהה ובצורה מושלמת. קיבלנו המלצות מעולות בהוסטל ורואים שהבעלים אוהב את המקום וממש אוהב לארח. הארוחת בוקר מעולה - הרבה דברים הם מכינים שם. יש גם מטבח של כולם שהוא מאובזר ופינת ישיבה נעימה. הכלבים שם זה אחד הדברים שהיו לנו הכי כיפיים. יש חניה לרכב שזה יתרון עצום. יצאנו לטיול בבוקר וקיבלנו שקית אוכל כמו בילדות :)"

"חסר קולט אדים מעל הכיריים והריח קצת נדבק. היה חסר לי קצת אור בדירה. אפשר לתת טיפה יותר בכמות בארוחת בוקר."

"The property, has perfect location; cozy installations; friendly staff… Let’s tell about my experience: I flew from London to Temuco; I drove from Temuco to Pucon, I arrived in Pucon about 9:30Pm; the eSIM I had purchased doesn’t work, during my way to get to the hostel; I spent about 50 minutes, due traffic jam in the middle of the town). When I arrived at the hostel at 10:20Pm; the reception was closed and nobody answered several calls I had made ( from a guest cellphone). Just a guest that saw me in front of the gate, approached and tried to help me. To resume, I slipped in the car, because they were unable to answer a call(WhatsApp), after 20 minutes the close time. When they knew the call supposed to be from a customer from London."

"Very lovely place, perfect location easy to walk everywhere but still not in the middle of everything, inviting and cosy common spaces, 3 bathrooms for 3 dorms I think which was sufficient, nice and helpful staff, I really enjoyed my stay there, would come back anytime I am in Pucón!"

"I expected it to be cleaner. The kitchen was always dirty. I believe that during the 3 days I was there, they never changed the tea towels. Also, the bathrooms need maintenance. And the shower space definitely needs shelves, please!"

"This place was absolutely perfect for us. The location is very central. The hostel itself is beautiful. We enjoyed every second in the garden and on our balcony with the view on the villarica. Staff is very nice and the atmosphere itself is very relaxing."

"Best Hostel ever!! The breakfast was really worth it. I stayed at a private room, always clean and cozy. The staff also is very welcoming and helped me in a demand I had even days after my stay. I would go back many times!"
