"לוסי הייתה מקסימה!!! ישנו במקום יום לפני טורס דל פיינה וביום שחזנו מהטיול. בשני הבקרים קיבלנו ארוחת בוקר מצויינת וטעימה, התיקים שלנו אוחסנו במקום וחיכו לנו בחדר כשחזרנו מהטיול. והכי חשוב לוסי הייתה מקסימה והיה נעים לחזור לקבלת הפנים שלה אנחנו ממש שמחנו להגיע אל לוסי, בעיק רלפני ואחרי הטרק הקשה"

"Quiet location, but only a short walk from town centre. The owner and her husband were very attentive and pleasant. The room was large and bed comfortable, with powerful showers. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and lovely scrambled eggs"

It was a bit of a walk from the center of town, but it gave us the chance to see some of the Puerto Natales neighborhoods that we would have otherwise not seen. This room far exceeded my expectations for how large and how tastefully decorated it was. Also, it had a great shower"

"This is a lovely hotel, just ten minutes walk from the sea front. The owner has the heating on full, which is welcome as it's freezing outside, even in November. The breakfast is excellent and I really cannot fault the hotel. The room is a decent size with a comfy bed. There isn't a kettle in the room, which isn't uncommon in Chile, but would be a nice addition. Great value for money and a great place to stay."
