"מיקום המלון מצוין, 7 דקות הליכה מתחנת רכבת הראשית ו 2 דקות הליכה שכל שווקי כריסמס שדרה ראשית של כל החנויות ומסעדות. מלון משופץ כולו, מאוד נקי, צוות אדיב. קיבלנו שידרוג חינם לחדר גדול יותר וממש מרווח. אהבנו ובהחלטת נחזור שוב 🤗"

"אין בידוד נורמלי בקירות, אתה שומע מה עושים השכנים. חדר שלנו היה צמוד לחדר מנקה וכל בוקר התעוררנו מהרעש שהיא מוצאה את העגלה שלה , מדברת עם משהו."

"Reception staff were very friendly and helpful! Facilities were great and hotel was very clean. Great location!"

"Spacious room with comfortable bed. Clean and good quality towels. Restaurant on site was good and breakfast was an above average spread. Good location for trams to most places, 10 mins walk to centre of old town, 10 mins walk to Basel SBB."

"Difficult to connect to internet. Once connected, it worked well. Small compact bathroom. No coffee machine, only kettle in room. Was allocated the wrong room which we were able to rectify."

"Great hotel and service! There’s a public transport stop gust in front of the hotel, 10 min walking distance from the old city and 4 stop (public transport) away from the central station."

"Great location, helpful staff, a spacious room, well stocked bathroom and a welcome note and chocolate on arrival :-). We particularly appreciated the heated swimming pool, steam bath and sauna on the chilly rainy days."

"The staff were friendly and kind. My daughter LOVED the pool. Walking distance from a lot of museums and the zoo. Would definitely go back."

"Location perfect, short walk to the station but also near the old town, easy walk to see a lot of Basel city's historic buildings, and to restaurants. Room was large, comfortable and well equipped - coffee machine, tea, hot chocolate. Even including one non-swiss power point for those without a Swiss adaptor. The pool was lovely, and the gym was a large and well equipped with weights and cardio gear. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free Basel card is a nice touch, wish we were staying longer to take advantage of the discounts and public transport card."

"We were a bit disappointed that the sauna was closed on the one day we were there. Also, one pretty creaky bed meant a somewhat disturbed sleep."
