"Very welcoming and homely pension, with good food, clean and comfortable rooms and a convenient location to access the valley and surrounding mountains. Excellent communications."

"Nothing - it’s a pension, not a 5* hotel, so provided your expectations are realistic, I’d highly recommend it."

"Great location. Perfect base for walking or mountaineering."

"Nothing- would stay again"

"Fantastic stay. Made to feel so welcome. Booked in for dinner on the nights I was not staying in the mountains huts, and the food was hearty and delicious. The owner & staff could not have done enough for guests. Will be back to stay again."

"Did not dislike anything. Was everything I needed for my trip travelling on my own."

"Golda was a super host and Pension Heino is perfectly located for the lifts, buses and local shops. Ideal as a walking / climbing / mountaineering base camp!"

"The personal attention to detail that your Hostess provides, the location and facilities that the Saas Valley provides."

"Nothing."

"Golda was a lovely host, offering local advice and a welcoming manner. Breakfast and the optional dinner represented extremely good value. The evening meals were no nonsense and wholesome and the breakfast offered a wide range of healthy options. The location is superb. It's much less commercial than Saas-Fee which I liked."

"I'm searching hard here but I suppose one thing that would be nice, is the ability to make a hot drink in your room. It's splitting hairs if I'm honest because you've only got to go down stairs and to the kitchen next door to make one, but......"

"The hostess is very nice and warm-hearted. The location is excellent. It takes only one minute to walk to the bus stop. The house is very quiet at night and the sound insulation is great. Highly recommended!"

"Everything was good"
