"מלון במיקום מעולה, אמנם סמוך לכביש אבל אם החלון סגור החדר ממש שקט וכמעט לא שומעים רעש. המיטה נוחה, החדר יחסית מרווח לשוהה יחיד, אבל לשניים כבר יכול להיות מעט צפוף, במיוחד אם רוצים לשהות בחדר ולא רק להגיע לישון. הצוות היה מאוד שירותי ואדיב ויצא מגדרו לסייע בכל בקשה. סיפקו מים בשפע ועוד שרותים שביקשתי. המלון ממוקם סמוך להרבה קוי תחבורה ציבורית"

"לאור העובדה שחייבים להיות עם חלון סגור כדי לשמור על החדר שקט, זה לא אידאלי בקיץ כי אין מזגן בחדר. יש מאוורר אבל לא נראה לי שהוא יעיל כשממש חם בחוץ. אין מיני בר בחדר ואין אפשרות לקרר מים או חלב, ממש חסרון מבחינתי."

"מיקום טוב, חדר נוח ונקי, מקלחת נהדרת. החדר קטן מאד אבל מאחר והלובי (טרקלין) מרווח עם ספות נוחות, יש איפה לשבת לנוח בערב, לשוחח ולקרוא. יש בלובי ספריה נהדרת עם הרבה מידע מעניין ומועיל לתיירים"

"Central location close to the central train station and opera at the same time, quiet and comfortable. Our twin room was spacious and had a nice city view. A kettle and a capsule coffee maker saved our mornings and evenings (we did not have breakfast 24Fr/pp). Dyson heater ensured additional warmth. Good pillows! Good wifi! Safe luggage storage after check-out (at 11.00)"

"Heating a little bit noisy (cannot change anything, it sends warm air through an opening under a window) and sleeping next to it was a little disturbing, but it was cold outside and cannot complain of being kept warm. A minor comment about broken TV remote control and TV with only a couple of broadcasting channels."

"It’s a tidy, comfortable hotel with great breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Right in the city center, walking distance to major places."

"This hotel is located at an excellent location. It is in the center of Zurich old Town and the tram/ train stations are at 5-10mins walk. Rooms are bit small but honestly that is not something I would mind considering the location. Overall it is a 10/10 experience. Mr. Alberto at the front desk was also very courteous and helped us for a smooth checkin as we arrived late at night."
