Hotel Luzernerhof

"Good value for money. We loved our lake view and the coffee machine in the room. Great location - close to lake, shopping and old town. All the staff were friendly and helpful."

"Breakfast was ok but not brilliant. Scrambled eggs and croissants were a bit dry."

"Helpful and friendly staff, central location, clean and not bad price for an otherwise very expensive, Luzern!"

"Nothing to complain about"

"It is really good experience to stay here. The staff is really kind and helpful. Specially both male and female person at reception. Thank you for everything. Above all they provided the travel card valid for two days thats mean a lot. It is recommended to book without any hesitation. Thank you."

"Aucun."

"Great location, very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was very good."

"N/a"

"The location was extremely central to transportation and shops including food. The buffet breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options from savoury to sweet"

"I would’ve loved a microwave in our room so we could eat frozen pre-made meals"

"Lovely comfortable beds. Coffee machine in room. Accommodating and lovely staff - made the stay perfect."

"Nothing. Everything was good."

"Location is excellent. Very big Apartment and very tidy. Easy to everywhere."

"All good."

"This is an extremely well-located hotel that is very good value for money by Swiss standards. The room has a coffee machine and TV. We liked that the beds had two size options for the pillows. The heating worked really well (important in winter) and the shower kept its temperature (didn't oscillate between freezing and boiling like many hotel showers). There is an elevator and the sound insulation seemed effective (either that or we had quiet neighbours). Overall, a clean and comfortable enough space. Staff were polite and there is free luggage storage."

"The room is fairly small, especially as there were 3 of us. The bathroom could really do with some hooks - only one rail to hang all the towels. The main issue we had was with the placement of the wall-lamps. They were weirdly low and you couldn't sit comfortably in bed without smacking your head on them. There's nowhere else to sit either really, so that was quite annoying. There is no fridge or ironing board - it doesn't list these as amenities but I sort of expected them. So, this is just something to be aware of."
