"Proper Swiss hotel with Swiss staff: meaning clean, efficient and pleasant. Spacious room, very good breakfast which started at 6.30am giving enough time for an early start. Underground parking with 2 places for EVs: secure enough to leave bicycles. Excellent restaurant with nice terrace. Very friendly staff, next to train station and within easy walking distance of old town. If I come back to Burgdorf I will definitely stay here again."
"No AC in room, but not a showstopper. Closed curtains during the day and Burgdorf is quiet enough at night to leave windows open when you sleep."
"Cosy atmosphere, nicely decorated, central location. Breakfast buffet small but high quality. Lovely staff all around. Parking garage entered via car lift which was an interesting experience. Unfortunately no lift to carry the luggage upstairs, please keep this in mind and first drop heavy suitcases first at reception. Otherwise it’s a lovely village and worth visiting."

"Breakfast, room, location everything is so good. Perfect room for a family of 2 Adult and 1 child. Train station is literally 2 mins walk from the Hotel. worth for the money. We loved the stay with nice and clean environment. Good choice!!!!!!"

"We asked for one double bed but the pushed two single beds together. Could not have sex as the beds keeps moving apart. Breakfast could be better and should keep cheese separate from meat to accommodate all."
