Sunki, the manager and William, the owner are great people, they arrange things for you, it was very helpfull. The kitchen is great, it has everything you need for cooking. There is a fan inside the tent, everything was nicely prepared. I am so greatfull, I have been in this wonderfull place."

"I was in Siwa with friends. This trip was exceptional, I met wonderful people. The owner, Ahmed, was an exceptionally wonderful person. He asked us every day if we needed anything."

Too many flies specially when we tried to have the canopes at sunset. Perhaps at the parking spot where pick ups, drop offs are made, have a little shed with a couple of chairs so people could sit down while they wait to be picked up cos we came in a cab and sometimes, the driver may have another hire so he has to drop us and go off. Also, do advise guests to bring a sweater as it gets chilly at night. We did have one but only cos a colleague of mine who had been to a desert camp b4 recommended it.

"It’s was perfect for me. The full experience from booking process, finding the location, meeting with the people responsible for the place. Great kitchen and accommodations. Super confy. Very quite with an amazing view. You can see the stars reflections on the lake. Fish made by Vincent was mmmm. Delicious. What else, Oh!! Learning more about the lake and people living around was an amazing experience. The place was built with love and harmony with the nature around. If you need a place to recharge- I highly recommend this one."

"Without a doubt the most delightful and unique stay we have ever enjoyed. The proximity and the 180-degree view of the sea, the unmatched decor items, fairy lights and stellar interior planning, the very small-but-important facility and comfort details that have been considered, the quaint and romantic area around the dome, the considerate and responsive hosts all come together to make this a true gem here in Latvia. It feels like the place is kept beautiful and tidy out of genuine care for the wellbeing and pleasure of the guests. The hot tub costs extra, but a hot tub with a direct view of the sea is another rarirty here that is well worth the money. Absolutely recommended without hesitation, and I wish the hosts the endurance to keep this up, as we will 100% be looking to come back to this corner of paradise!"

To be nitpicky, the tap water seems to have high iron content, hence some water discoloration and odor. Nevertheless, there is extra drinkable water provided so this is not an issue really.

"The location, the tents, the food and the staff were excellent. A lovely rustic place to stay! Really enjoyed the night walk, the canoe ride as well as the sounds of the jungle at night. The tents were incredible apart from it being really hot and give you the true feeling of being close to nature. The staff is very prompt and attentive and we really enjoyed the local food cooked with ingredients from the neighbouring areas."

It was quite hot and the fan was available only for a few hours each day.

"Tropical paradise. The resort is accessible only by boat and up against a national park with lots of lemurs. We were there for five days, four nights in a beachfront bungalow with private facilities. Sun lounges under coconut palms. Local seafood at the restaurant. Hardly any other guests. Affordable for budget travelers."
