Pick up the train (one kilometre walk away) to Pinhao - 30 minute journey along the edge of the river-for food shopping and long, lazy lunches or to Porto for a day out. Rail fares in Portugal are very cheap and half price if over 65!"

"Superb location to where were visiting - football stadium. Very comfortable in all areas with plenty of seating. Staff were great and friendly and gave a warm welcome. Nothing was too much problem. Breakfast was continental with a good choice."

Nothing - everything was great and as shown in pictures on web site. Would definitely stay here again.

"The bed was super soft, and comfy. The manager was super lovely. We had come in from a day of hiking and it’s just what we needed."
