"Great peaceful location with a beautiful view. Staying on this yacht with a caracter was really unique experience. The host was very nice. Parking in front of the marina was convenient."

Remember you are in a very fancy tent on the glacier lagoon rather than a hotel room :) All very clearly communicated so no surprise, but beware that the toilet is a fraction of an airplane toilet with no real door, there is no shower, and you need to be super careful with everything.

החלונות לא נמוכים מספיק לראות את הנהר מהמיטה פקידת הקבלה ענתה על כל שאלה ששאלנו אני לא יודעת, לא מכירה, אין לי מושג, מעולם לא נסעתי בקו הזה, אין לי רכב אני לא נוהגת- אז למה את שם אם לא לספק מידע? חדר לא מונגש

"A different place to stay. A wood cabin but with all facilities such as fridge, single ring cooker, air conditioning, huge varanda with room for a dining table and chairs plus recliner chairs and a washing rack. Wonderful views of the Duero river. Pick up the train (one kilometre walk away) to Pinhao - 30 minute journey along the edge of the river-for food shopping and long, lazy lunches or to Porto for a day out. Rail fares in Portugal are very cheap and half price if over 65!"

A request: a reading light in the dining room/lounge area

"ביחס לשאר מקומות הלינה בעיירה, המלון היה מעולה. הצוות במלון היה נהדר. חוף הים מדהים, והמלון ממש על החוף. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה. היה אינטרנט בסיסי. היו מים חמים למקלחת בערב אבל הזרם היה חלש."

זו עיירה ללא תשתיות, ובהתאם אפשרויות הלינה מאוד בסיסיות. המחיר היה מאוד גבוה ביחס לתמורה . אם מחפשים התנתקות מהעיר, ומנוחה, ומוכנים להתפשר על מקום הלינה, חוסר בחשמל ואינטרנט בסיסי אז זה המקום עבורכם.

Tout était parfait

"A 2 pas du centre historique de Douarnenez sur le port, charmand petit voilier où il fait bon séjourner ; ce n'est pas très grand (normal), mais c'est bien aménagé, et vous avez tout pour passer un bon séjour insolite."

Il peut faire un peu frais et humide (mais nous y étions en février ce qui est normal sur un bateau)

"I have just spent the most amazing 3 nights on the Grand Swan, one of 3 beautiful 5 Star Houseboats in this small group, located in a great position on Lake Dal. The rooms are very well presented and very comfortable. The food is freshly prepared and very tasty. The chef made sure the food was to my liking, and there was plenty of it, The staff went above and beyond to make sure i got the most out of my short stay. Mr Ahmed the manager arranged some trips for me including a not to be missed tour of the lake. A special thanks to Mr Shabam, who did everything from bringing me coffee in the morning to accompanying me on a magical trip to the mountains, where his local knowledge and friends made this a trip I will never forget and got to meet the local people. I can highly recommend staying here whether you are travelling by yourself, with friends or with family. I am already planning my return"
