"The flat was a functional base for a week in La Paz. The owner showed adequate attention and help as I had arrived exhausted and travel stained due to the night bus. There was some confusion around leaving my bags before check in but the owner found a suitable solution. The flat was well sized and the amenities were in an acceptable state. The location was close enough to the tourist areas but I suspect a cumbersome American would struggle up some of the hills."
