"Beautiful location & environment, very quiet and relaxing. Options to sit outside & have a fire. Nico and Manuel were incredibly helpful with recommendations for taxis, food, medical help etc."

"The location of the hotel is a little far from the city center but is perfect if you want to rest they have also a good access to the lake, and it was very clean"

"Me encantó el desayuno extra que ofrecen. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuestos a colaborar. Es hermoso despertar frente al lago y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Espero volver muy pronto!"

The location is also very convenient – close to the city center, restaurants, and main attractions, yet still calm and relaxing. The atmosphere is welcoming and safe, making it a great choice for both solo travelers and longer stays. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Sucre."

"The quiet location outside (the very ugly town) of Uyuni. The beautiful, sweeping view over the vast salt lake. The very professional massage in a relaxing atmosphere. The very varied and consistently delicious dinner buffet. The breakfast buffet was also above average for Bolivian standards. The room (Superior) was spacious and had large windows overlooking the salt lake. The heater / air-conditioning in the room worked properly. Many cosy seating areas (with fireplaces) in the hotel with views of the salt lake."

"Samary Hotel is a lovely place set around a grassy courtyard with views across the rooftops to the cathedral and main square. Staff were very helpful making all sorts of recommendations for restaurants, day trips and more. Breakfast was excellent including freshly made omelettes and pancakes. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel."

"The apartment was huge. It had a large comfortable bed and the shower was hot. The WiFi worked perfectly for us. We had a nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Unfortunately, high winds and poor weather stopped us from enjoying the solarium area, but it looked like a lovely place to relax. The location, outside the inner ring, means that you are a bit further away from the main attractions. This was fine for us, having visited Santa Cruz before, but it may be a consideration for other visitors (although taxis are easy to get and inexpensive). Overall, a good option for us to spend out last couple of days in Bolivia."
