"Very nice staff, close to gondola about 1.3 km It is a very nice view from the hotel or balcony If you ask for coffee it costs only 3 Leva, that is 1.5 euro Many types of tea and a good breakfast and also a good dinner!"

"The location was very nice if you want something more quiet, close to Pamporovo Ski Resort, yet also in a bit more remote location. Need a car for sure though. Nice old-style rooms, traditional Bulgarian."

"Breakfast was pretty dull, coffee is not provided unless you want instant coffee or want to pay extra. Feels like the hotel has been a bit "abandoned" the last few years, which is a shame, as it could have been an amazing resort."
