"Maguy and her husband are excellent hosts. Very friendly, breakfast is a lovely surprise every day with local fruit and dishes, made with love. Peaceful, quiet place where you find your peace. With only 2 rooms you almost are alone in the property and the swimmingpool. As we had our flight in the evening we could enjoy the whole day of the facilities. Magnificent view, a little paradise on earth. The room is very spacious with ensuite bathroom. If we can mention one thing to improve: the shower needs a renovation. Further on make sure you have good products to keep the mosquitos away. But absolutely no reason to stay away from this quiet little gem!"

"Good location near the main street with bus stop and supermarkets and restaurants. Room is clean and bathroom is newly renovated. Although the room is next to a main street there was no traffic noise. Great with parking included and breakfast included. Good with some cookies and dried wasa bread and coffee is available all day."

The wardrobe in the room was broken, the door cannot be opened. A towel for the floor in the bathroom was missing. The breakfast is a simple business breakfast and not a holiday breakfast buffet. Stairs to come to your room. So if you have luggage it is a bit trouble.

"I’ve traveled 30s countries and by far this is one of the most wonderful heavenly home stay I ever had. We had an early check in with no extra fee and the host was super nice with us. The garden is absolutely stunning we all love it so much. Dogs and cats and birds around and all very friendly, we enjoy their accompany a lot. Breakfast is also a highlight, various choices, huge portion. I can not finish at all 😂 Also I’m very much a bon fire person. They lit up fire place everywhere in the house. I really adore that ❤️"

"Modern, clean, self contained with bedrooms having on-suite bathrooms which also provided convenience and privacy. minimalistic though everything you expect from a hotel accommodation/apartment we had , elements from the spa were also included dressing, gowns and slippers, beach towels. The air conditioning throughout the rooms was great keeping us cool when relaxing in such a hot period of the year"

הכל היה מעולה. רק לקחת בחשבון שחייבים רכב והמיקום דורש נסיעה למסעדות/סופר למשל. היתה פיצריה יחסית קרובה וכל השאר קצת יותר רחוק.

So it was noisy (after 9 am I could not sleep), and it was not possible to open the windows to get a bit of natural light or air because of the privacy. The shower was with an open ceiling and didn't have any ventilation. Also, the wall between the bathroom and the room was not full height so after taking shower the steam was going into the whole room. We even asked for another room but there was no reception, only a person (as a security I guess) who said I don't know. He did not even know English and the communication was through Google Translate.

"המקום נעים, ההגעה אליו נוחה ויש חניה חופשית בחצר. אנחנו קיבלנו את החדר המשפחתי שמיועד למקסימום 3 אנשים, לנו הציעו אותו ל-4 אורחים וזה היה צפוף מאוד, בקושי הצלחנו לעבור ונאלצנו להשאיר את המזוודות מחוץ לחדר. לכל חדר שירותים ואמבטיה צמודים, אך לא נמצאים בתוך החדר, אלא במזדרון. ארוחת בוקר זמינה וממתינה במקרר ויש פירות ועוגיות לשימוש חופשי של האורחים. נוסף לשולחנות שבתוך הדירה, ישנם גם שולחנות במרפסת ויציאה לגינה המקסימה. היה לנו מזג האויר שמשי וישבנו בחוץ, היה ממש כייף. יש גם פיצריה טובה בסמוך לדירה, אפשר להזמין ולאכול במרפסת. מקבלים גם מהמארחים כרטיסים להנחות בחנויות ומסעדות, שזה נחמד מאוד. נהנינו מהאירוח ואם לא הצפיפות בחדר, היה מקבל ציון גבוה."

There was an initial problem with payment to secure the booking. Our French is very poor & it was difficult to communicate with staff on the phone & by email. Some black mould in the wardrobe.

"This hasn't been my first stay at Chez Giuliana and it won't be the last – it's a family-run place that makes you feel at home, especially in a place like Ouagadougou, where finding a place that feels genuinely caring can make all the difference, There is nothing impersonal about this place. Staff is welcoming and attentive. Breakfast is served on the terrace – fresh fruit, coffee and cakes baked in-house. My rooms was comfortable and impeccably clean. Wi-fi connection is very reliable, which is great for me as I need it for work."

"הכל מהכל. מלון קטן ומקסים. באזור באראנקו. אזור שקט ורגוע בטוח להסתובב גם ביום וגם בלילה. לא רחוק משכונת מיראפלורס. המלון מעוצב בעיצוב צעיר . נקי מאד. שרות ויחס לאורח יוצא מן הכלל. תודעת שרות גבוהה מאד. דאגה לאורח . לציין שאין מעלית ויש מדרגות אותם צריך לטפס לקומה השניה. לנו זה לא הפריע. וכשצריך עזרה עם המזוודות אז עוזרים. חדרים קטנים אך נוחים. יש מאוורר בחדר. ארוחת בוקר על פי תפריט. טעים ומספק. אנחנו נהננו מאד וממליצים בכל פה.תודה לצוות הבנות המקסימות שגורמות לאורח להרגיש נוח ונעים."

"Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfasts were well prepared and the kitchen staff were lovely."

Parking is very tight. The water drainage (room 11) in the shower flows the wrong way so it can be tricky to avoid flooding the place. Since there is no water mixer, it takes time to get the water temperature correct. Turning the water off and back on because of poor drainage is not ideal for a 4 night stay in luxury accommodation.

"Everything was ok, the accommodation is very near to the airport, only about 15 minutes walk, so it´s great if you have long hours to wait for your next flight. Also, you can find many restaurants and cafeterias around and the neighborhood looked good and safe."

It´s possible to pay only in cash.

"Our stay in El Nabila Pyramide and Sphinx View was nice. The People who work there are very friendly and Kind. The view was amazing!!! Go to the river and find a canoe birding tour through mangrove rooted green jungle. Long beach, cool regae music. Party at full moon if you are lucky. Area big enough to have distance to party ground for sleeping. Carismatic owner. Self cooked big and delicious meals, real coffee and big variety of teas. Cold beer and bar, big parking area"
