"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Watercolours between the 17-24 December 2025 and would thoroughly recommend it! The hosts are wonderful, remarkably kind and hospitable - they made our first experience of Bermuda very special, adding a touch of magic to a much needed break. Watercolours is a beautiful home, very tastefully decorated, with the guest rooms luxurious and well appointed. Much thought and consideration has gone into making sure every need is met, so that it really feels like a home from home. Also helpful advice about where to go and how to get there with bus/ferry tickets available to purchase from the host rather than having the hassle of buying these from the bus station. We were so fortunate to have booked this place - it was outstanding in every way!"

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Kleines praktisches Zimmer mit kleinem Badezimmer(chen) zu einem angemessenen Preis. Bei Buchung wurde auf das kleine Badezimmer hingewiesen. Sehr bequemes Bett mit offenen Bettende und guter Matratze. Sehr ruhig. Frühstück mit verschiedener Wurst, Käse und Marmeladen und Gebäck. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich."

Das kleine Badezimmer(chen) ist wirklich sehr klein. Ist aber kein Kritikpunkt, weil es wurde bei der Buchung schon drauf hingewiesen.

It was a bit cold in the room even with the radiators turned all the way up, luckily there were two blankets so I still got a great night sleep!

"ג׳ולייט בעלת המקום אישה מדהימה!!! מדהימה!!! מדהימה!! פעם רגשונה שאנחנו מתארחות בצורה כזו במהלך החמישה חודשים שלנו בטיול ובאופן כללי. קודם כל קבלת פנים כל כך חמה ונחמדה אישה חייכנית ונחמדה ברמות!! יש חדר גדול מיטה ענקית עם שירותים ומקלחת והכל נקי ברמות. ריח טוב. ג׳ולייט בן אדם מקסים מקסים!!!!! באמת זכות ענקית שלנו להכיר אותה!!! כל ערב היינו יושבות והיא הייתה שואלת אותנו איך עבר היום והיינו מספרות לה ממש כמו אמא. מקום מומלץ היא החלק הגדול בחוויה שלנו בטרזר ביץ"

"The location is beautifully landscaped, with lots of trees and flowers that brought in a variety of wildlife to view! We saw several beautiful birds and cute lizards. Tanja and Leo were extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating! They provide a binder with plenty of information about the beaches, wildlife, and restaurants. We loved meeting the cats and dogs on the grounds! They were so cute and friendly. Renting a vehicle was easy and allowed us to visit nearby beaches with ease. The outdoor shower was refreshing and beautiful."

There is no air-conditioning, so it could get hot, but it was managable enough. There is a ceiling fan, and if the bathroom door is open, it allows for a lovely breeze. The net for mosquitos is helpful, but we found we needed to supplement with additional bug spray and a citronella candle. All in all, it was not too bad, and it was definitely managable!

As a grown up solo traveller, who is oftentimes ready to accept challenging environments, I cannot make any critical remarks. Right now due to the russian full scale invasion, hospitality businesses all over Ukraine are struggling for survival, which makes critical remarks even more misplaced. The bottom line is – I liked the property.

"The way they treated me is out of my expectations. They understood my situation of flights cancellation, modification and of course my financial changes. I really loved the staff, cleaning, friendly environment, cooking facilities and much more. Suggests everyone to come and enjoy luxurious facilities at low cost. Hats off to Penthouse Hotel."

Their is nothing i can assume to be bad. Everything was above my expectations. Everyone should try it at least. No one will say that they found something bad on this hotel.

"הצימר בשכונה מתפתחת במרומי מג'דל שמס. רוב העיירה ונוף צפון הגולן פרושים למטה. הצימר שקט, יפה ונוח, הושקעה מחשבה בפרטים מיוחדים, בחלקם אף לא הספקנו להשתמש. (רולר למסאז', חלון עליון חשמלי, חימום - יש גם רדיאטורים וגם מזגן. ועוד) יש חדר נפרד לבישול (ולכן בתמונות לא רואים כיריים וכד') - לא השתמשנו, כי הפיתוי לחוות את האירוח המיוחד של אנשי המקום המקסימים היה גדול יותר. רוז מקסימה, נמרצת, עזרה במהירות בכל מה שביקשנו. מומלץ!"
