"Rose and the rest of the staff - they couldn’t do more to help and to make our stay the best! The place is in lovely old-style buildings with beautifully furnished rooms in a peaceful location. We loved the short cycle on complementary bikes to West Bay for the sunsets."

Their is nothing i can assume to be bad. Everything was above my expectations. Everyone should try it at least. No one will say that they found something bad on this hotel.

"ג׳ולייט בעלת המקום אישה מדהימה!!! מדהימה!!! מדהימה!! פעם רגשונה שאנחנו מתארחות בצורה כזו במהלך החמישה חודשים שלנו בטיול ובאופן כללי. קודם כל קבלת פנים כל כך חמה ונחמדה אישה חייכנית ונחמדה ברמות!! יש חדר גדול מיטה ענקית עם שירותים ומקלחת והכל נקי ברמות. ריח טוב. ג׳ולייט בן אדם מקסים מקסים!!!!! באמת זכות ענקית שלנו להכיר אותה!!! כל ערב היינו יושבות והיא הייתה שואלת אותנו איך עבר היום והיינו מספרות לה ממש כמו אמא. מקום מומלץ היא החלק הגדול בחוויה שלנו בטרזר ביץ"

"The apartment was really spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable throughout the stay. It’s also well-suited for longer-term stays, as it has everything you need to feel at home. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, showing genuine hospitality and making sure everything was perfect. Communication was smooth and helpful from start to finish. The apartment is also very affordable for what it offers, with reliable and fast WiFi, making it a great choice for both leisure and work stays. "To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

The host cannot speak much English, but make it up through effort and enthusiasm, so you will still understand in the end (with or without Google translate). Breakfast was ok, but almost only sweets, so some less sugary stuff as well could be good. Some of the toiletries just lasted, so not a big issue, but if providing more then would not have to ration. Can also be a bit difficult to find (more so since some streets are currently closed-off due to construction).

Actually, description was ambiguous: contrary to expectation, the toilet, bathroom and kitchen were shared (with the hosts and with the renter from the other room that is hired within the property), not private.

"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."

The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.

"Incredibly beautiful lodge close to the lake and in a very secluded location. The road is long and bumpy to get there, but that just adds to the charm! Rooms and facilities are lovely and comfortable. And staff is incredibile!"
